What should I bring to a notary appointment?
Bring the complete, unsigned document and a current government-issued photo ID. Every signer must be present, willing, aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate directly with the notary.
Do you travel to homes, hospitals, and care facilities?
Yes. We provide mobile appointments at homes, businesses, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other agreed meeting locations throughout our service area.
Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?
A California notary cannot choose a certificate or give legal advice. The document recipient, issuing agency, or an attorney can tell you which notarial act is required.
Can a notary prepare or explain my legal document?
No. We can complete the notarial certificate and verify identity. For us, drafting documents or explaining their legal effect requires separate licensing.
Do you offer same-day or evening appointments?
Often, yes, subject to availability and travel time. Call or text with your location, document type, number of signers, and preferred time for the fastest response.
