A complete order should identify the hiring organization and contact, signer names and phone number, exact appointment address, date and time, package source, page-size requirements, number of copies, identification requirements, scanback deadline, and shipping label or courier instructions. Include witness or facility-access requirements when they apply.
Transaction questions stay with the lender, title, or escrow contact. The signing agent can identify documents and point signers to printed information but does not interpret rates, payment terms, disbursements, legal effect, or whether a signer should proceed.

Yes when agreed before acceptance. Include which pages or package are required, the deadline, upload method, and whether approval is needed before drop.
