Prepared starts here.
Get the practical details before your appointment. If your situation is unusual, call or text so we can discuss the setup.
What should I bring to a notary appointment?
Bring the complete, unsigned document and a current government-issued photo ID. Every signer must be present, willing, aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate directly with the notary.
Do you travel to homes, hospitals, and care facilities?
Yes. We provide mobile appointments at homes, businesses, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other agreed meeting locations throughout our service area.
Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?
A California notary cannot choose a certificate or give legal advice. The document recipient, issuing agency, or an attorney can tell you which notarial act is required.
Can a notary prepare or explain my legal document?
No. We can complete the notarial certificate and verify identity, but we cannot draft documents or explain their legal effect unless separately licensed to do so.
Do you offer same-day or evening appointments?
Often, yes, subject to availability and travel time. Call or text with your location, document type, number of signers, and preferred time for the fastest response.
Can you visit our office for several employees?
Yes. Send the number of signers, document count, address, and preferred window. We will confirm timing and a clear quote before the visit.
Do you offer recurring business support?
Yes. Businesses with repeat needs can contact us to discuss a consistent scheduling and billing process.
What should we confirm before a facility visit?
Confirm visiting rules, the signer’s room and availability, acceptable ID, whether witnesses are required, and that the document is complete. The signer must be alert and willing when the notary arrives.
Can the notary act as a witness?
Sometimes, but not for every document or situation. Tell us the document and witness requirements in advance so we can discuss the appointment setup.
Do you explain loan terms?
We can identify documents and direct signers to printed information, but we do not interpret terms or provide financial or legal advice. Questions about the transaction go to the title, escrow, or lending contact.
Can you handle scanbacks?
Yes, when requested. Please include the scanback deadline and return instructions with the assignment.
How is a mobile appointment priced?
The total normally includes the state-regulated notarial fee plus a separately agreed travel or convenience fee. We confirm the expected total before the appointment.
Can several people sign at one appointment?
Yes. Tell us the number of signers, signatures requiring notarization, and the meeting address so we can quote accurately and allow enough time.
Can you create a power of attorney for me?
No. A notary is not an attorney and cannot prepare legal documents or advise which form you need. An attorney or trusted legal document provider can prepare the document before the appointment.
Does the signer need valid identification?
Usually, yes. California law specifies acceptable identification methods. Contact us before booking if the signer does not have current government-issued photo ID.
What should I bring to a tax appointment?
Bring government-issued ID, Social Security or taxpayer identification information for everyone on the return, income forms, relevant expense records, direct-deposit details, and your prior-year return when available.
Can I upload tax documents through this website?
No. For privacy, this website does not accept tax or identity documents. Contact us to arrange an appropriate delivery method.
Let’s make your appointment easy.
Tell us where you are, what needs notarization, and when you would like to meet.
